By visiting Vembangan, creating an account, or using any feature — browsing the feed, liking, commenting, uploading, downloading, or purchasing Premium — you enter into this agreement with the operators of Vembangan ("we", "us", "the platform") and accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, DMCA Policy, and age-verification statement, all of which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your only remedy is to stop using Vembangan. We may revise these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to surface a notice on the platform.

Vembangan is a moderated adult community feed where registered members share posts consisting of images, embedded video streams, descriptions, and hashtags, and where members may attach links to files stored on independent third-party hosts (such as Terabox, Mega, or Google Drive). Vembangan itself does not host unlawful files; the platform facilitates moderated community discussion and member submissions subject to strict compliance rules.

Some posts are gated behind Premium membership, sponsor steps, or account-level progress. We may add, modify, or retire features — including the feed sections, badge system, level system, download flow, and chat — at any time for security, compliance, technical, or operational reasons.

Links and embedded content that lead away from Vembangan belong to third parties we do not control. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own, and your use of them is at your own risk.

You may only use Vembangan if you are at least eighteen (18) years old and at or above the age of majority in the place you live and the place you connect from, whichever is higher, and if viewing sexually explicit material is lawful there. By passing the age gate you affirm all of this is true.

If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor or that age was misrepresented, we will terminate the account immediately. Accounts may also be restricted where local law prohibits access regardless of age.

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for everything done while signed in to Vembangan with it, unless you report a compromise to us promptly. Usernames must be appropriate, must not impersonate another person or our staff, and may only be changed once.

You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer an account, use another member's account, or create accounts to evade a restriction or ban. Banned users who return under new accounts forfeit those accounts and any Premium attached to them.

Beyond the content rules, you agree that you will not:

• harass, threaten, defame, or target other members in posts, comments, or reports;
• upload or link to malware, or interfere with the platform's security features, rate limits, premium gating, sponsor steps, or download protections;
• scrape, crawl, mass-download, frame, or mirror the platform or its content, or collect usernames or member data for any purpose;
• post spam, advertisements, solicitations, referral schemes, or off-platform payment offers;
• file knowingly false abuse reports or false copyright notices;
• use the platform for any commercial purpose we have not approved in writing, or in any way that exposes us to criminal or civil liability.

We decide, at our sole discretion, what action to take when conduct rules are broken — from content removal up to permanent termination and escalation to authorities.

Our Community Standards are part of these terms and list the prohibited categories in full. In summary, Vembangan permanently bans and, where required, reports: any sexual or identifying content involving anyone under 18; content where age or consent cannot be verified; non-consensual, voyeuristic, hidden-camera, or leaked private media; incest, bestiality, sexual violence, coercion, or trafficking; gore and graphic violence; content referencing schools or educational institutions; doxxing or identification of private persons; content exploiting vulnerable persons; and buying, selling, or cash-out solicitation.

We comply with Republic Act No. 9775 (Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009), and other applicable law, and we cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests concerning illegal material.

You retain ownership of your submissions. By posting, you grant Vembangan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, stream, create thumbnails and previews of, display, and distribute your submission within the platform and in promotion of it. You also grant other members the limited right to view and interact with your submission through the platform's normal features. This licence ends when you delete the submission or your account, except that (a) cached or backup copies may persist for a short technical window, and (b) we may retain copies as moderation or legal-compliance records.

For every submission, you affirm and warrant that:

• you own the content or hold every licence, right, consent, and permission needed to post it and to grant the licence above;
• every person depicted was 18 or older at the time of creation, and you hold and can produce documentation proving it;
• every identifiable person gave you written consent to the recording and to its distribution here;
• the submission is anonymous with respect to private persons and breaks none of the rules in Section 6.

Submissions are not confidential. We may decline, remove, re-badge, or restrict any submission at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee publication, retention, or backup of any submission. We do not endorse member submissions and accept no liability for them; responsibility rests with the member who posted.

Uploaders act as the custodians of records for their own submissions and must keep documentation sufficient to verify the age and consent of every depicted person, consistent with our age-verification statement. We may demand this documentation at any time; failure to produce it within a reasonable period results in removal of the affected content and may result in account termination.

Vault Master is a one-time, manually verified upgrade that grants lifetime access — not a recurring subscription. It is priced as shown in the Premium dialog (currently US$4.99, one-time). To purchase, you pay through the displayed GCash or Maya QR (or the online payment link) and submit a payment screenshot. A human reviewer checks the proof; access activates only after approval. Submitting forged, edited, reused, or someone else's payment proof is fraud and results in permanent termination.

Because verification is manual, allow reasonable processing time. If we cannot verify a payment, you may be asked to resubmit a clearer screenshot. Once Vault Master is activated, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we activated it through our own error. Access does not expire once activated.

Premium benefits — ad-free browsing, access to premium-badged posts in your tier, the Vault Master rank badge, and an invitation to the private Telegram group — apply to a single account and may evolve over time. Telegram group access additionally requires good standing and observance of the group's own rules. Premium does not transfer ownership of any content, does not permit redistribution of premium material, and is forfeited without refund if the account is terminated for violating these terms.

The free experience is funded by third-party advertising, including ad scripts and sponsor links shown before certain downloads. Advertisements are served by independent networks; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or landing pages, and an advertisement's presence is not our endorsement. Premium members browse without these ad placements.

Account levels and download progress are platform features, not currency or property. They carry no monetary value, may be recalculated, adjusted, or reset to correct errors or abuse, and create no entitlement to compensation. Automating, spoofing, or otherwise gaming sponsor steps, ad counters, or level progress is prohibited.

Everything that makes up Vembangan other than member submissions — the name, logo, interface, design system, code, graphics, icons, and text — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform as an ordinary member. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or build derivative services from any part of it without our prior written consent.

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to properly submitted infringement notices by removing or disabling access to the identified material. The full intake workflow, required notice elements, and counter-notice process are described in our DMCA Policy. Send notices to contact@vembangan.com with the copyrighted work identified, the exact Vembangan URL, your contact details, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements.

We operate a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that accumulate valid infringement findings are terminated, and we may act on a single egregious infringement without waiting for repetition.

We may — but are not obligated to — monitor, review, filter, or pre-screen content and conduct. When we act, we may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, revoke Premium without refund where these terms were violated, preserve evidence, and report serious matters to the appropriate authorities. We may take enforcement action with or without prior notice and are not required to explain individual moderation decisions, though reports submitted through the platform are reviewed.

You may stop using Vembangan at any time and may request account deletion through contact. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where required for legal, security, or compliance reasons. On termination for breach, all licences we granted you end, your Premium is forfeited without refund, and Sections 7 (licence and warranties), 8, 12, and 15–19 survive.

Vembangan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or error-free operation. You may encounter member submissions you find objectionable; you use the platform at your own risk and judgement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators, staff, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost profits, or device harm — arising from your use of the platform, member submissions, third-party links, file hosts, advertisements, or payment channels, whether the claim sounds in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the six (6) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vembangan and its operators, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: your use of the platform; your submissions, including any claim that a submission infringed rights or harmed a person; your breach of these terms; or your violation of any law or third-party right. This obligation survives termination of your account and of this agreement.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. This includes account data from Google sign-in, content and interaction records, payment-proof images submitted for Premium verification, and the technical data needed to operate, secure, and moderate the platform. By using Vembangan you consent to that processing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement that we cannot resolve informally falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's place of business in the Philippines, and you consent to that venue and to service of process in any such proceeding. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

These terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and Vembangan about the platform and replace any earlier understanding. If a court finds any provision invalid, that provision is severed and the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the platform.
